As often as you can! Consistency is key. Two to three times per week is ideal for the average working person, however, if all you can do is once a week, you are still going to feel some of the benefits Pilates has to offer. Ā The more you practice the better and more advanced you become.
This depends on several factors including your physical health and amount of weekly practice. Each person is unique and on their own personal journey. On average, however, many clients start to feel a difference within about 5-10 sessions. Joseph Pilates said it well, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”.

We welcome kids (9 years +), teens, adults, mature clients, injured clients, men, women, athletes, clients wishing to get in shape, pregnant and post pregnant clients, clients with scoliosis, and clients with various pathologies to name a few. YES, absolutely. All packages are able to be used Online and/or In Studio. For example, you purchase a 5 pack but feel like doing a session at home because you don’t want to drive, or feel a bit tired, or it’s stormy out, etc. You are now able to do your session from the comfort of your home with whatever props or equipment you have. Just let us know, via email, no later than 1 hour prior to your session.
