Bernadette is a leader, mentor, and coach. Her professional experience has been centered on various aspects of dance and other physical disciplines. Bernadette was a Principal dancer, performing throughout the US and Europe. While dancing professionally she fell in love with Pilates. Pilates gave her the strength and power she needed to stay injury-free and consistently in peak condition. Bernadette was intrigued by BASI Pilates, recognized as one of the highest caliber Pilates methods for education and instruction. She obtained her 500+ hour Comprehensive BASI Certification under the founder Rael Isacowitz. Since her certification, Bernadette has completed several continuing education courses, workshops, and certifications. Both her extensive experience and caring personality allow her to work with people of all walks of life, ages youth to mature adult. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Bernadette understands how to coordinate and create classes and manage single person classes to large groups classes. Clients love how Bernadette provides a comfortable, supportive, motivational, and educational environment.
